Unctuous béchamel sauce

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 50 cl 50 cl Milk
- 40 g 40 g Flour
- 40 g 40 g Butter
- 100 g 100 g Grated cheese
- 1 pincée 1 pinch Nutmeg
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- 1.In a saucepan, melt the butter.
- 2.When the latter crackles, add the flour at once and mix with a wooden spoon for 2 minutes.
- 3.Gradually add the milk while mixing until you get a nice béchamel.
- 4.Add the grated cheese, a pinch of nutmeg and pepper and mix together.
