Dog Sauce

Ingredients

- 3 3 Lives
- 1 1 Red onion
- 2 2 Tomatoes
- 1 gousse 1 garlic clove
- 1 1 Semi lemon
- 15 cl 15 cl Oil
- 1 1 spoon. Vinegar coffee
- 5 cl 5 cl Hot water
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- 1.Peel the garlic, the cives and the red onion and slice them.
- 2.Rinse the tomatoes, skin them and cut them into small dice.
- 3.Put it in a small bowl. Salt, pepper, add the lemon juice and vinegar and then oil. Mix, pour hot water and emulsify with the fork.
- 4.Serve the dog sauce to accompany meat or fish grills
