Ingredients

- 40 cl 40 cl Thick fresh cream
- 2 2 Onions
- 1 gousse 1 garlic clove
- 2 Two spoons. Dijon Mustard soup
- Broken parsley
- Brans of tarragon
- Butter
- Nutmeg
- Salt
- Mill pepper
Method
- 1.Peel the onions and garlic and slice it all. Wash the herbs and chop them very finely.
- 2.In a saucepan, melt 10 g of butter. Add the onions and garlic and brown them. Add the cream and mustard, mix well.
- 3.Add the herbs and nutmeg. Correct seasoning and mix well. Continue to stir until a smooth sauce is obtained.
