- 1 c. à soupe 1 Tbsp. White wine vinegar

- 2.Peel the shallot and chop it finely. Book. Wash the parsley bouquet and chop it finely. Book.

- 4.Pour the wild yogurt into a bowl. Add mustard, white wine vinegar and mix vigorously. Add shallots and chopped parsley. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper at your convenience. Serve this light, cold sauce.
