Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 20 cl 20 cl of oil
- 2 2 c. to s. lemon juice
- 1 1 c. to c. mustard
- 1 1 egg yolk
- Salt or fine salt
- Pepper
Method
- 1.Mix egg yolk with mustard. Season and pepper the lemon juice and pour on the egg yolk.
- 2.Then gently add the oil and whisk.
- 3.Your mayonnaise is ready when it seems firm enough.
