Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 1 verre 1 Sunflower oil glass
- 1 1 Egg yolk
- 0.5 0.5 tablespoon. Vinegar coffee
- 1 1 shallots
- 1 1 spoon. Coffee mustard strong
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- 1.Put the egg yolk in a bowl and add mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper.
- 2.Drain until the mixture is homogeneous.
- 3.Add the oil by continuing to whisk, drop after drop at first, then in net as soon as the mayonnaise begins to take.
- 4.Peel the shallot, chop it very finely and incorporate it into the mixture.
- 5.Keep cool until ready to serve.
