- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons Tahini
- 1 1 Lemon(s)
- 1 gousse 1 Garlic foam
- 4 c. à soupe 4 tablespoons Water
- Pepper
- Salt
Method
- 1.Start of preparation
- 2.Place the Tahini in a bowl and add a few tablespoons of water so as to obtain a smooth and homogeneous sauce.
- 3.Mixture and service
- 4.Peel the garlic clove and chop it finely. Press the lemon. Add it to the Tahini. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper at your convenience. You have to get a creamy sauce. If necessary, add some water. Serve the sauce fresh.
