Homemade tomato sauce

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 3 kg 3 kg of ripe tomatoes
- 1 1 c. to s. of sugar powder or meal
- 4 4 onions
- 5 gousse 5 cloves of garlic
- 2 2 c. to s. balsamic vinegar
- 1 1 bay leaves
- 1 1 branches small branch of fresh thyme
- 2 pincée 2 pinches of four spices
- 1 1 Salt or fine salt
- 1 1 Pepper
Method
- 1.Soak the tomatoes 30 seconds in boiling salty water. Peel them, cut them in two, squeeze them to get rid of their seeds. Hatch them coarsely.
- 2.Peel onions and cloves of garlic and chop finely.
- 3.Heat a little olive oil in a casserole. Make garlic and onions blond. Add tomatoes, vinegar, sugar, bay, thyme, four spices, salt, pepper. Cook about 2h10 on low heat, stirring often so that the bottom does not attach.
