Homemade tomato sauce with Italian sausage

Ingredients
For 2 servings
- 4 4 ripe tomatoes
- 1 1 onions
- 1 gousse 1 clove of garlic
- 1 1 handles of peas
- 2 2 italian sausages
- 5 c. à soupe 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- basil
Method
- 1.Dip the tomatoes 1 minute into boiling water, remove them and pass them under cold water to remove the skin. Cut them in 4.
- 2.Mix the peeled garlic and onion to get all small pieces.
- 3.Remove the casing from the sausage and crush with the fork.
- 4.In a pan, cook garlic and onion and sausage in olive oil until golden.
- 5.Add the cut tomatoes, the handle of peas, 1 glass of water, salt and pepper and basil.
- 6.Cover all and cook for about 1 hour at low heat stirring regularly so it doesn't hang.
