Ingredients

- 70 g 70 g tomato concentrate
- 40 g 40 g butter
- 1 gousse 1 clove of garlic
- 2 2 large celery leaves
- 3 3 % or more of flour
- 1 1 beef broth
- Salt or fine salt
- Mill pepper
Method
- 1.Place the beef broth cube in 40-50 cl of water, boil until the beef broth cube is dissolved. Add the whole garlic just peeled, the celery and cut the fire.
- 2.In another saucepan, melt butter over low heat and add flour. Whisk to bind and let slightly color. Add the tomato concentrate and stir to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Remove the garlic from the broth and gradually add the beef broth on the red, stirringBake until the first broth, salt and pepper.
