- 2 pincée 2 pinches of salt or fine salt
- 1 pincée 1 pinch of pepper
- 3 3 c. to s. of wine vinegar
- 5 5 c. to s. of olive oil
- 25 g 25 g shallots
Method
- 1.Peel the shallot.
- 2.Cut the shallot into very thin slats.
- 3.Book.
- 4.In a blender, put the shallot, vinegar and pepper.
- 5.Add the salt.
- 6.Finely chop it all.
- 7.Add the oil.
