Steam salmon with lemon-aneth sauce

Ingredients
- 4 4 salmon fillets
- 1 1 lemons
- 2 2 spoons of dill
- 1 pincée 1 pinches of salt
- 1 pincée 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 tasse 1 cups (125 ml) fresh cream
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 1 bouquets of dill
- 1 pincée 1 pinches of salt
- 1 pincée 1 pinch of pepper
Method
- 1.Season the salmon fillets with salt, pepper, lemon juice and zest.
- 2.Place the fillets in the cooker's steam basket.
- 3.Steam for 8-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets.
- 4.For sauce, mix fresh cream, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper
- 5.Serve the salmon with sauce and fresh dill.
