- 4 4 paved salmon
- 2 Onion(s)
- 60 cl 60 cl White wine
- Parsley
- Chopstick
- Herbs of provence
- Salt pepper
Method
- 1.Preheating the oven
- 2.Preheat oven th.7 (210°C).
- 3.Preparation of vegetables
- 4.Meanwhile, wash and cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Peel the onion and cut into thin slices as well.
- 5.Plating assembly
- 6.Cut a piece of baking paper large enough and place it in a baking dish. Place a salmon pad in the centre of the leaf. Place several onion washers on the salmon cobblestone and then tomato washers on the onion as a gratin. Then add the parsley, chives, Provence herbs, salt and pepper. Repeat for other salmon cobblestones.
- 7.Mounting and cooking
- 8.Form the papillote by climbing the paper up without closing it. Pour inside 15 cl of white wine. Close the button and bake for 20 minutes.
