Fresh salmon, soy marinade, sesame, garlic honey and rice

Ingredients
For 2 servings
- 2 2 fresh salmon cobbles
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- 1 c. à café 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 gousse 1 clove of garlic
- 200 g 200 g thai rice
- 3 3 strands of coriander
Method
- 1.Peel and squeeze the garlic.
- 2.Mix all the ingredients: honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, pressed garlic, sesame seeds.
- 3.Let the salmon marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 4.Preheat the oven in steam mode and rotating heat at 200°C and prepare your rice for the self-cooker or pan.
- 5.Reserve the marinade and place the fresh salmon cobblestones in a baking dish.
- 6.Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C. At the exit of the oven, pour the rest of the marinade onto the salmon.
