- 1 1 salmon net
- 5 c. à soupe 5 Tbsp Soya Sauce
- 5 c. à soupe 5 tablespoons Water
- 4 c. à soupe 4 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 4 c. à soupe 4 tablespoons Red sugar
- 3 3 pod(s) Garlic minced
- 1 1 Lemon(s)
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tbsp Chiseled chivesbrush

Method
- 1.Preparation of marinade
- 2.In a salad bowl, pour soy sauce, vegetable oil and water. Add the red sugar and pepper. Mix well to dissolve sugar.
- 3.Preparation of ingredients
- 4.Peel the cloves of garlic and slice them finely. Wash the lemon and grate its zest. Add chopped garlic and lemon zest to marinade.
- 5.Preparation of salmon
- 6.Place the salmon fillet in the bottom of a hollow dish. Water it with marinade. Cover the dish with a food film and store in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- 7.Cooking
- 8.Prepare the barbecue. When there are enough embers, lightly grease the grid. Place the salmon fillet on it after draining it. Grill the salmon 7 minutes on each side.
