Ingredients

- 300 g 300 g of carrot
- 1 1 potatoes
- 60 cl 60 cl of poultry broth
- 1 1 biscuits with a well-shaped spoon of cumin
- poppy seeds
- salt
- pepper
- 20 cl 20 cl of liquid cream
Method
- 1.Rinse and peel all vegetables. Cut the carrots and potatoes into slices and slice the onion.
- 2.Boil the chicken broth and add the vegetables and cumin. Cook for 30 minutes.
- 3.Mix it all and set the verrines.
- 4.Mount the liquid cream in chantilly, and dispose of it in the verrines. Finish with poppy seeds as decoration.
