- 1 kg 1 kg Cane sugar
- 1 l 1 l Water
- 2 2 Laurier leaves
- 1 1 strand(s) Fresh thyme
- 1 1 Green lemon peel
- 1 1 orange zest(s)
- 1 1 stick(s) Cinnamon
- 1 1 pod(s) Vanilla
Method
- 1.Put all the ingredients in a saucepan. Let boil 15 min., then lower the heat and let reduce by a quarter, ensuring that the syrup does not become too thick.
- 2.Let cool and filter. Put in a bottle. Label nicely.
