Ingredients

- 600 g 600 g blackcurrant
- 500 g 500 g of sugar
- 0.5 l 1⁄2 l of water
Method
- 1.Wash the blackcurrant and shoot it. Drop him.
- 2.Bring water to a boil with sugar. Boil for 10 minutes to have a syrup consistency.
- 3.Add the blackcurrant, boil 5 minutes over very low heat. Put on a lid and let infuse for ten minutes.
- 4.Filter by pressing the fruit well to get the maximum juice. Put in a hot bottle and close carefully.
- 5.Let cool quickly by putting the bottle in the freezer for 1 hour.
