Ingredients

- 2 2 boot(s) Fresh mint
- 40 cl 40 cl Water
- 400 g 400 g Sugar powder
Method
- 1.Preparation start
- 2.Place the sugar and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 5 min.
- 3.Preparation of mint
- 4.Wash the mint, remove it and coarsely chop the leaves. Place them in the sugar syrup and mix well.
- 5.Cooling
- 6.Let cool 1 hour at room temperature, then place in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
- 7.Finish
- 8.Tap the liquid to remove the mint leaves, using a sieve or drainer. Press the leaves well with a wooden spoon to get as much juice as possible.

- 10.Transfer the homemade mint syrup into bottles and keep fresh.
