- Large salt
- Fresh thyme
Method
- 1.Potato cooking
- 2.Cook unspoiled potatoes for 15 minutes in a steam cooker.
- 3.Preparation for cooking
- 4.The "smasher" (crush) with the fork, or using a skillet. Place them on sulfurized paper in a baking sheet.
- 5.Seasoning and cooking
- 6.Sprinkle with large salt, a line of olive oil and bake at 220° for 15-20 minutes.
