Pumpkin soup (special child)

Ingredients
For 5 servings
- 1 1 pumpkin (2kg)
- 500 g 500 g potato
- 1 1 onions
- 500 g 500 g smoked bacon
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of thick fresh cream
- 1 pincée 1 pinched grated cheese
- 30 g 30 g butter
- 1 half a litre of water
- 1 pincée 1 pinches of salt
- 1 pincée 1 pinch of pepper
- some fried Onions
Method
- 1.Wash the pumpkin, remove it, and cut it into pieces. Ask one of your parents to stay next to you for this step!
- 2.Peel the onion and chop it. Then lightly brown it in the pan with one of your parents.
- 3.Add the pumpkin and potatoes.
- 4.Add the 1/2 liter of water. Pepper and dirty good.
- 5.Put half the smoked bacon and keep the rest to put it in the soup afterwards.
- 6.Simmer for about 30 minutes.
- 7.Before serving, put the remaining half of the bacon in the soup and mix.
- 8.It is a hot serving soup, with a tablespoon of fresh cream and a pinch of gruyère!
