Method
- 1.Preparation of vegetables
- 2.Wash and slice the leeks (green and white). Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into pieces.
- 3.Cooking over low heat
- 4.In a casserole, place the pieces of leeks and potatoes, then cover with water and add the broth cube. Season with salt and pepper, cover, bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer over low heat for about 20 min.
