Light soup with carrots, coral lentils and pieces of tofu

Ingredients

- 1.5 verre 11⁄2 glass mustard coral lentils (30cl)
- 150 g 150 g tofu nature (or smoked according to your taste)
- 1000 g 1000 g carrots
- Vegetable broth
- 1 c. à café 1 curry box powder
- Chopstick (or coriander)
Method
- 1.First peel your carrots and cut them into regular dice. Put them in a saucepan, cover them with water and add the vegetable broth, then cook for 15 minutes until they are tender.
- 2.Once the carrots are cooked, mix them together to get a smooth and homogeneous preparation. Then add the coral lenses and mix well.
- 3.Check the consistency of your soup and do not hesitate to add a little water if it seems too thick. The idea is to obtain a smooth and smooth texture.
- 4.Simmer for another 15 minutes over low heat so that the lentils cook perfectly and all tastes mix harmoniously.
- 5.Meanwhile, cut the tofu into small dice and gently incorporate it into the soup. Taste and adjust the salt seasoning according to your preferences.
- 6.For the final touch, you can sprinkle your soup with chives, fresh coriander or any aromatic grass you like. Serve hot immediately and enjoy!
