- 170 g 170 g spaghetti
- 170 g 170 g pecorino romano
- 250 ml 250 ml of cooking water
- 10 g 10 g black pepper
Method
- 1.Cook pasta
- 2.Take a few tablespoons of cooking water before the end.
- 3.Mix the pecorino, Parmesan, half the pepper with the cooking water. Mix vigorously until you get a fairly smooth cream
- 4.When the pasta is al dente, drain it briefly, incorporate it into the mixture.
- 5.Mix by adding a small layer of cooking water.
- 6.Serve with some pepper and some pecorino.
