Supreme of ginger and lemon capon

- 1 1 Nice piece of fresh ginger
- 2 2 Untreated citrons
- 15 cl 15 cl Poultry bud
- 1 1 spoon. Soup berries crushed pink
- 6 6 tablespoons. Sunflower oil
- Salt
- Crushed pepper
Method
- 1.Prepare the marinade: peel the ginger and grat it. Mix with oil, pink berries, juice and zest of finely grated lemons, salt and pepper. Put the tops of the chapon in a dish and cover with marinade. Film and keep cool for 1 hour.
- 2.Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- 3.Pour the chicken broth into the bottom of a baking dish. Add the tops of drained capon and bake for 40 minutes, watering the capon regularly with the cooking juice.
