- 350 g 350 g Minced meat
- 6 6 serving(s) Cow that laughs
- 1 1 Onion(s)
- 1 1 clove(s) Garlic cover(s)
- 1 1 Potatoes
- 8 8 Egg(s)
- 50 g 50 g Grated cheese
- l Parsley
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons Oil
- Salt pepper
Method
- 1.Preheat oven th.6 (180°C).
- 2.Add the onion, garlic and ground meat to the oil (meat must be cooked well).
- 3.Salt, pepper and remove from the heat.
- 4.Peel the potato and cut it into small dice and fry it all.
- 5.Beat the eggs.
- 6.Cut the laughing cow and add parsley, meat, potato dice, grated cheese and eggs.
- 7.Pour in a buttered dish in the oven.
- 8.Bake 20 minutes.
