Ingredients

- 1 1 Sanded paste
- 1 1 pack(s) Apricot ear(s)
- 20 cl 20 cl Fresh cream
- 3 3 Whole egg(s)
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tbsp Sugar powder
- 1 sachet 1 Bag Vanilla sugar
Method
- 1.Preheating the oven
- 2.Preheat the oven 180°C.
- 3.Preparation of dough
- 4.Roll the sanded pulp in a pie mould covered with sulphurized paper. Stitch the bottom with a fork.
- 5.Preparation of apricots
- 6.Drain the apricots mumps and spread them nicely over the sanded dough in the pie pan.
- 7.Apparatus preparation
- 8.Beat whole eggs with liquid cream, sugar powder and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Pour the mixture over the apricots mumps into the pie mould.
- 9.Cooking
- 10.Bake and cook the pie with apricots for 30 minutes until it is golden.
- 11.Cooling
- 12.At the exit of the oven, let the apricot pie cool on a grill and then demolish it on a serving dish.

- 14.Enjoy the warm or cold apricots pie with vanilla ice balls and whipped cream.
