Simple and fast rhubarb tart

Ingredients

- For rhubarb
- 1 kg 1 kg Rhubarb
- 200 g 200 g Sugar
- For pie
- 1 1 Sanded paste
- 3 3 Egg(s)
- 100 g 100 g Sugar
- 80 g 80 g Almond powder
- 25 cl 25 cl Liquid cream
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons Ice sugar
Method
- 1.Preparation of rhubarb
- 2.Peel the rhubarb, then cut them into pieces. Put them in a bowl, with sugar, then cover and let the rhubarb drain. Do it two hours in advance, or the day before.
- 3.Preheating the oven
- 4.Preheat the oven to th.6 (180°C).
- 5.Preparation of mould
- 6.Spread the sanded dough in a mould, put on dry vegetables and cover with sulphurized paper.
- 7.Cooking dough
- 8.Cook 12 minutes. Then remove from the oven and remove the dried vegetables.
- 9.Mixture of ingredients
- 10.Meanwhile, beat the eggs and sugar, then add the almond powder and liquid cream.

- 12.Put the rhubarb on the bottom of the pie and pour the cream.
