- 60 g 60 g Sugar powder
- 40 g 40 g Flour
- 3 3 Egg(s)
- 25 cl 25 cl Fresh cream
- 1 sachet 1 Bag Vanilla sugar
Method

- 2.Preheat oven th.6 (180°C). Spread the broken dough in the pie pan.
- 3.Preparation of rhubarb
- 4.Peel the rhubarb in such a way that it has no more threads, wash it, drain it and cut it into small sections. Put them on your pie dough.
- 5.Apparatus preparation and cooking
- 6.Beat the eggs. Add sugar powder, sieved flour and cream. Pour it all over the garnish. Bake for 30 to 35 min. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, remove your pie from the oven and sprinkle with vanilla sugar to caramelize slightly. Go back to cooking.
