- 1 1 roll Sweet paste
- 150 g 150 g Crushed walnut kernels
- 15 g 15 g Sugar powder
- 2 2 Egg(s)
- 80 g 80 g Red sugar
- 20 g 20 g Ointment butter
- 1 c. à soupe 1 Tbsp. Farine
- 1 gousse 1 Vanilla foam
Method
- 1.Preparation of dough
- 2.Preheat the oven. Put the sweet dough in a pie dish. Cook it white 20 minutes at 180 °C.
- 3.Apparatus preparation
- 4.Preheat the oven to 190 °C. In a salad bowl, whisk the eggs with red sugar and vanilla pulp. Add the flour and then the ointment butter. Mix until a homogeneous device is obtained.

- 6.In a saucepan, melt the sugar into dry powder to form a blond caramel. Add half the nuts and coat them well. Pour the caramelized nuts on a sheet of silicone or baking paper. Let it cool.

- 8.Get the precooked pie back. Place the caramelized nuts in the bottom. Pour the butter-based appliance and spread evenly. Spread the caramelized nuts on top. Bake for 10 minutes.
