Sweet tart with leeks

Ingredients

- 3 3 leek(s) (or 4 small)
- 4 c. à soupe 4 tablespoons fresh cream (or coconut cream)
- 1 c. à café 1 c. coffee curry
- 250 g 250 g oat flakes
- 250 ml 250 mL milk
- 15 g 15 g squash seeds (optional)
Method
- 1.Prior to this, remove the ingredients and utensils you need for this recipe. This allows you to have everything in hand and not waste time!
- 2.In a gratin (or pie) dish, mix 250g of oatmeal and 250 mL of milk. Let rest the time to prepare leeks.
- 3.Cut the white leeks washed in 2 in length, then mince. Steam the leeks for 10 minutes.
- 4.Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180°C.
- 5.When the leeks are cooked, take the ingredients to make the baby dish, if it does not eat like you (see instructions below).
- 6.Stir the oats porridge well into the gratin dish.
- 7.Mix the leeks with 4 tablespoons of cream and 1 cup of curry coffee, and spread over the dough.
- 8.(Optional) Add some squash seeds, taking care to leave a part without baby seeds.
- 9.Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- 10.From 4/6 months (smooth puree): mix 100 to 120g of leek whites, gradually adding cooking juice until a smooth texture is obtained. Add 1 cc of oil or cream.
- 11.From 6/8 months (milled texture): mix 100g of leek whites, gradually adding cooking juice until a smooth texture is obtained. Mix with 50 to 80g of oats porridge, 1 cup of cream and a pinch of curry.
