Tarte pear cream of chestnut hazelnuts

Ingredients
For 8 servings
- 1 1 Herta® Treasure of Grand Mother
- 3 3 pears comice firm
- 100 g 100 g of brown cream
- 100 g 100 g hazelnuts
- 3 c. à soupe 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 2 2 strands of mint
Method
- 1.Wash and peel pears. Cut them in half in the height, remove the heart and cut them into slats. Chop the hazelnuts coarsely.
- 2.Preheat your oven to 200°C. Roll the dough in your mould, keeping the sheet of sulfurized paper. Cut the excess sulphurized paper. Stitch the dough with a fork.
- 3.Spread the brown cream over the dough to form a circle of about 26 cm in diameter. Add the pear slats, sprinkle with brown sugar. Sprinkle hazelnuts.
- 4.Fold the dough edges towards the centre and bake about 30 minutes in the bottom of your oven in rotating heat or 40 minutes in traditional heat. Let cool and spread some mint leaves.
