Ingredients

- 1 1 sheet of laminated dough
- 8 8 apples
- 200 g 200 g sugar
- 30 g 30 g butter
- 1 pincée 1 pinches of cinnamon
Method
- 1.Start with the caramel, melt the sugar and 14 cl water without stirring. When the caramel is ready (gold coloured jolie), pour it into a missed mould and spread it evenly.
- 2.Wash, peel and cut the apples in half. Remove the trognon, then place the apples in the dish, on the caramel.
- 3.Preheat the oven to 180°C. Divide the butter into small pieces on the apples. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and cinnamon.
- 4.Place the laminated dough (house recipe) on the apples and with a tablespoon, put the edges of the dough in the pan. Make some holes in the dough with the tip of a knife. These chimneys will allow water to evaporate. Bake for 1 hour, let warm 10 minutes before demolishing.
