Potato pie, goat and pancetta

Ingredients

- 1 1 broken pasta
- 3 3 potatoes
- 20 cl 20 cl milk
- 200 g 200 g of fresh goat
- 2 2 eggs
- 30 cl 30 cl of liquid cream
- 4 tranche 4 slices of pancetta
Method
- 1.Detail your broken dough to the size of your piette pan to precook it for ten minutes at 180°C.
- 2.In a saucepan, slats of potatoes (3mm) in a mixture of water and milk and cook for about 10 min.
- 3.Place slices of potatoes in the mussels with the precooked paste. Add pieces of goat cheese and a slice of pancetta.
- 4.Beat the eggs and cream. Pour the preparation into the mussels.
- 5.Bake for about 15 min at 180°.
