Chocolate and nougat tartlets

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 150 g 150 g Special chocolate pastry
- 50 g 50 g Nougat
- 200 g 200 g Flour
- Butter
- 15 cl 15 cl Liquid cream
- 1 pincée 1 pinch Salt
Method
- 1.Put the flour in a salad bowl, add the salt and butter cut into pieces. Work with your fingers. When the mixture is sandy, pour 5 cl of water and shape a ball. Stir it and book for 30 minutes.
- 2.Preheat the oven th. 7 (210 °C). Garnish buttered baking pie moulds. Place a disc of sulphurized paper and dried vegetables. Bake 10 min, remove the leash and continue cooking 5 min. Remove and let cool.
- 3.Chop the chocolate and pour the boiling cream on it. Let stand 5 min and mix. Add the crushed nougat.
- 4.Garnish the chocolate cream pie bottoms and book in the fresh until ready to serve.
