Ingredients

- 9 tranche 9 pineapple slices
- 200 g 200 g mascarpone
- 80 g 80 g sugar powder
- 15 15 biscuits with spoon
- 4 c. à soupe 4 tablespoons of rapped coconut
- 3 c. à soupe 3 tablespoons of rum
- 3 3 eggs
Method
- 1.Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar powder to bleach.
- 2.Add mascarpone and coconut.
- 3.Mount the egg whites.
- 4.Gently add white to yellow.
- 5.Mix the remaining pineapple syrup and rum.
- 6.Drain cookies in this mixture.
- 7.Paste the glass with spoonful cookies, place a slice of pineapple and then a beautiful layer of the mascarpone worked.
- 8.Repeat operation 1 or twice depending on the size of the verrine.
- 9.Finish with the pineapple slice.
- 10.Sprinkle with coconut.
