Nestlé Dessert® Chocolate Spill Tiramisu

Ingredients
For 8 servings
- 500 g 500 g mascarpone
- 2 c. à café 2 teaspoons of unsweetened raw powder – 100% cocoa NESTLE DESSERT
- 200 g 200 g of chocolate NESTLÉ DESSERT Black
- 3 c. à café 3 teaspoons of NESCAFÉ Espresso AZERA Original
- 6 6 eggs
- 200 g 200 g of biscuits with a spoon
- 200 g 200 g sugar powder
- 20 cl 20 cl of water
Method
- 1.Drain egg yolks with sugar until the mixture whitens and increases in volume. Mix the chocolate with the robot gradually to get small nuggets.
- 2.Gently add the mascarpone, egg whites in firm snow.
- 3.Dip the biscuits quickly into the warm coffee and coat the bottom of a gratin dish. Share mixed chocolate.
- 4.Cover with a layer of cream with mascarpone add chocolate again, then soaked cookies, chocolate and finish with the cream.
- 5.Leave 3 hours in the refrigerator. When serving, sprinkle with Nestlé Dessert powder.
