Tomato Egg (express)

Ingredients
For 2 servings
- 1 c. à café 1 teaspoons of grated ginger
- 3 3 tomatoes cut from
- oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1 pincée 1 pinch of chili
- 1 c. à café 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 2 eggs
- cloves
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of oyster sauce
- 1.2 c. à café 1.2 teaspoons of maize starch
Method
- 1.Sauté the ginger in oil.
- 2.Add tomatoes, chili, salt and pepper, sesame oil and oyster sauce.
- 3.Simmer for a few minutes until the tomato is dissolved.
- 4.Pour 1/2 cc of cornstarch into a little hot water.
- 5.Add the beaten eggs slightly.
- 6.Cook for a minute and mix gently with tomatoes.
- 7.Add a bit of cut chives to the fine knife.
- 8.Add fresh chives and serve with rice.
