Oven triangles (samossa) potatoes, minced meat, cheese

Ingredients
For 6 servings
- 2 2 potatoes
- 1 1 oil fillets
- 1 1 shallots
- 1 pincée 1 pinches of salt
- 5 5 branches of flat parsley
- 2 gousse 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 c. à café 1 teaspoons of white pepper
- 3 3 chopped steaks
- 8 8 cow-type cheeses that laugh
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 1 1 cubes of broth of your choice
- 1 1/2 glasses of water
- 10 10 sheets of brig
- lime
Method
- 1.Cut the shallot, garlic, parsley, and then reserve.
- 2.Cut the potatoes into mini cubes and book.
- 3.In a hot skillet, put a fillet of oil, then sauté the potatoes, before adding the water halfway up and cook with the lid for 5 minutes. Slightly salt.
- 4.Put the potatoes on the side of the pan and add the ground beef, maizena, parsley, pepper, broth cube, garlic and shallot, then mix well. Cook this mixture for about 6 minutes over medium heat.
- 5.Put the stuffing on a plate and let cool.
- 6.Put cheeses in the freezer for 10 minutes, so they are not too soft.
- 7.Cut them into small cubes, book.
- 8.Preheat the oven combined steam mode and rotating heat to 180°C. Cut the brig leaves in half.
- 9.Fold the rounded edge towards the middle by sticking with some water or beaten egg.
- 10.Place the stuffing and 3/4 small pieces of cheese, close to form a triangle.
- 11.Bake your triangles for about 12 minutes at 180°C with an oil fillet. You can add a little lemon for more flavors.
