- 1 1 chocolate tablets NESTLÉ DESSERT Black
- 40 g 40 g unsweetened raw powder – 100% cocoa NESTLE DESSERT
- 100 ml 100 ml of liquid cream
Method
- 1.In a small bowl, pour the liquid cream and heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds at 900W.
- 2.In a bowl, break the chocolate into pieces. Pour over the hot cream and cover 5 minutes. Mix vigorously.
- 3.Place this preparation in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- 4.Roll truffles 2 to 3 cm in diameter in the palm of your hands.
- 5.In a hollow plate, pour the chocolate powder and roll the truffles in. The powder must completely cover the nose.
- 6.Place another 1 hour in the refrigerator.
