- 40 g 40 g Flour
- 200 g 200 g Sugar powder
- 100 g 100 g Stretch almonds
- 1 1 pinch(s) Salt
Method

- 2.Preheat oven th.6 (180°C). In a terrine, beat the sugar powder, salt and egg whites. Then incorporate, while continuing to beat, the flour falling into rain, egg yolk and sugar.

- 4.Using a teaspoon, make small rounds of dough on a plate covered with sulphurized paper. Sprinkle them with tapered almonds. Bake for 7 to 8 min. Then remove the tiles from the oven, let them cool on a baking roll so that they take their shape so characteristic.
