Halloween Autumn Vegetable Veloty

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 750 g 750 g of pumpkin
- 15 cl 15 cl rice cream
- 2 2 carrots
- 1 1 potatoes
- 1 1 orange
- 1 c. à café 1 teaspoon mix 4 spices
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 1 gousse 1 clove of garlic
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of squash seeds
- 60 cl 60 cl of vegetable broth
- 1 pincée 1 pinches of salt
- 1 pincée 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 1 laminated pasta (bone shaped)
Method
- 1.In a large saucepan, heat the broth. Then add the pressed garlic clove, pumpkin, carrots and potato, peeled and cut into pieces. After 20 minutes of cooking, add the spices and orange juice.
- 2.Continue cooking on very low heat 5 minutes.
- 3.Add the rice cream, mix, adjust the seasoning.
- 4.Serve hot with a few seeds of parsed squash and bone-shaped gressins.
- 5.For laminated dough bones: cut strips of laminated pasta and cut both ends. Roll both ends to form the rounded side of the bones.
