- 1 1 Shallots
- 2 2 Potatoes
- 50 cl 50 cl Vegetable bud
- 1 c. à soupe 1 Tbsp Fresh Cream (Speed)
- Olive oil

Method
- 1.Preparation start
- 2.Peel and mince the shallot. Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes.
- 3.start cooking
- 4.Sauté the shallots and potatoes in a little olive oil for 5 min in the mode.

- 6.Add asparagus, vegetable broth, salt and pepper and start cooking under pressure for 8 min.
