Crab-maïs-tomates raised velvet

Ingredients

- 400 g 400 g peeled tomatoes - crushed
- 1 1 small boxes of crab
- 350 g 350 g of canned corn
- 2 2 cubes of vegetable broth
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 20 cl 20 cl milk or light cream

Method
- 1.In a saucepan, put the peeled tomatoes, 2 cubes of broth and 50 cl of water.
- 2.Heat up.
- 3.Add the undrained crab and the undrained crab.
- 4.Add spices: coriander, pepper, salt, paprika and curry (proportions according to taste).
- 5.Heat gently for 15 minutes in the "mijoting" position.
- 6.Add milk and soy sauce at the end of cooking.
