Black forest verrine

Ingredients
For 6 servings
- 1 1 jars of black cherry jam
- 20 cl 20 cl of whole liquid cream
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of kirsch
- 100 g 100 g dark chocolate
- 3 c. à soupe 3 tablespoons of fresh cream
Method
- 1.For chocolate ganache, melt the chocolate into pieces in the microwave or water bath, add the cream and mix to produce a smooth dough. Set aside in the fridge.
- 2.Spread a tablespoon of cherry jam at the bottom of the verrines.
- 3.Beat chantilly with a teaspoon of Kirsh. Put a layer of this mixture in the verrines.
- 4.Add a layer of chocolate (which must have cooled completely) to the verrines.
