- 1 l 1 l White wine
Method
- 1.Preparation start
- 2.Boil well ripe elder berries with new wine over low heat until reduced by 1/3. Let it rest a whole night in the air.

- 4.Filter the next day.

- 6.You can use the wine such as, or add 500 g of sugar per litre and possibly the zest of a lemon.
