Beef wok with noodles and vegetables

Ingredients
For 2 servings
- 2 2 Aloyau shrimps
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of sugar
- 4 c. à soupe 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of white vinegar
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of oil
- 1 1 sliced white onions
- 2 gousse 2 cloves of garlic in strips
- 200 g 200 g chinese noodles
- 40 g 40 g broccoli
- 1 1 carrot
- 2 2 chives
- 2 pincée 2 pinches of sesame seeds
Method
- 1.Cut the Aloyau Charal bavettes into thin slices.
- 2.Add all the marinade ingredients, sugar, soy sauce, cornstarch, white vinegar and sesame oil to a bowl and mix.
- 3.Pour marinade over meat.
- 4.Marinate beef for at least 30 minutes.
- 5.Remove the bavettes from Aloyau Charal from the marinade and leave the marinade aside.
- 6.Heat the wok over high heat.
- 7.In the wok, add 2 tablespoons of oil, brown garlic, onion, carrot and broccoli. Sauté until onion is translucent.
- 8.Sauté Aloyau Charal bavettes over high heat until they color.
- 9.Add the noodles.
- 10.Pour the meat marinade on top.
- 11.Mix and sauté over medium-high heat for another 1-2 minutes.
- 12.Serve with ciboule and sesame seeds.
