- 1 l 1 l Whole milk
- 1 1 Yogurt
- 30 g 30 g Whole milk powder
Method
- 1.Preheating the oven
- 2.Preheat the oven to th.2 (60°C).
- 3.Mixture of ingredients
- 4.Mix yogurt and milk powder in a large bowl. Gradually add the milk (at room temperature or barely warm, but not hot, it would kill the ferments).
- 5.Dressing
- 6.With a ladle, fill small jars of glass or sandstone.
- 7.Cooking
- 8.Bake for 5 hours. Let cool in the oven. Then chill.
