Zucchini Parmesan with Tomato Sauce

- 2 c. à soupe olive oil
- 4 zucchini - peeled, sliced lengthwise, and sliced
- 2 c. à café dried oregano
- 2 c. à café dried basil
- 1.5 tasse tomato sauce
- 0.25 tasse Parmesan cheese
Method
- 1.Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add zucchini slices; sauté until softened, 5 to 10 minutes.
- 2.Season zucchini with oregano and basil. Add tomato sauce; cook and stir until heated through, about 5 minutes.
- 3.Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top, then serve.
