Choosing and adapting your main dish
The main course is the heart of the meal: the dish that brings everyone together and has to please the whole table. On Les recettes de Lili you'll find comforting classics (gratins, stews, dishes in sauce) as well as quicker ideas for busy weeknights.
What makes us different: every dish is analysed "brick by brick". A recipe hides milk in its sauce? We tell you exactly which brick to swap (a milk-free béchamel, for instance) without giving up the rest of the recipe. You keep the dish you love and change only what causes a problem.
For a balanced meal, pair a protein-rich main with a light starter and a seasonal dessert. And if you're cooking for guests with allergies, check the allergen badges shown on each recipe card: they save you from nasty surprises.
